Hi,

Is there any possibility to delete .tgcache folder.  Photos have been removed long time ago, but I have no permission to remove the tgcache files.  Probalby because they are made by webserver.
Any solution for that?

How did you try and delete it? If you open it with a ftp-program you should be able to delete it

Nope, I have no permission for the files, doesn't matter if I use webdav, ftp or upload manager.

Here's the permissions and ownership:
drwxr-xr-x   5 nobody   private     10240 Jul 16 22:12 .tgcache

Maybe someone with admin/root rights could delete it for me?

Has this been taken care of yet? I seem to have the same issue, no permissions to remove anything inside the cache directory. No big deal tho but I consider this a bug and if you transfer a lot of pictures in and out your Wippiespace it may became an issue when all the old thumbnails are kept in the cache.

It doesn't seem to have been fixed YET, though if someone as you said transfer alot of pictures in and out of wippiespace and notice that the .tgcache takes up alot of space then please PM me about it for the moment and we will cleanse it manually. Include wippiespace-name and your customer number.

Well I heard with the technicians and the .tgcache-folder doesn't add to the users quota. So even if you have 500mb of thumbnails there you still have your 500 MB left of the G-Lite or 50GB left of Big-G
