Timeout when trying to coonect

I have a MacBook computer and have set up my Wippies Homebox Black. I have set up with password and channel and have no problem finding it. But when i try to connect i get a timeout. I have tried 5 different channels and both WEP and WPA security, but always with the same result.

Can it be something on my computer that I have to change, or???

If you have an older mac you should choose WEP as the encryption method on the box on my.wippies.com and then you should, when you connect to "wippieshome", you should choose encryption method WEP-ASCII on your MAC Computer. What kind of MacBook do you have?
