Customer support..??

 Hi
 I would like to complain about your support service.

 I have now been working on WiFi connection for a week
 and it still don't work !

 When contacting support I have to wait for days getting answer and direct technical questions
are not answered.

I do not trust Your sevice after this experience and can't recommend anyone using your products.

So what's the problem with WiFi?

I can see that this post is your first one here so basically that means you haven't asked for help here at all. Of course tech support should answer to direct questions but you can't demand that they should answer immediately. If you need immediate answers you can always call (depending on your location).

Wippies is a community and the community is here to help, so to get fast answers it's always recommended to post here first if you have problems.
