My problem with the wifibox is:

The wlan does not work and the wlan led does not light up or blink at all.
cant find any wlan connection from the wifibox
Cable connection to the box still works
It's connected to the internet 24/7 but "Latest date the device has been detected on our network: 15.12.2008 12:04:06" is displayed. (it's connected right now!)
I have pushed the reset button several times this and past week, but nothing happens.

is it broken yes/no?

Sounds broken if pressing the reset button 10 seconds doesn't wake the box. Does all the leds lit some time and go down after reseting? If the box if just jammed try to unplug the power cord from the back panel after a successful reset, wait couple of minutes and plug it back on.

the leds does not light up after reseting, but they do light up after unplugging and putting the power cord in again, but after 5 seconds the wlan led is not lit any more.

Seems to be broken then, mail to support@wippies.com to get a new box if your contract is still active.

Are you really reaching the button? It could be that you don't press it down enough and it should be 10 looong seconds, could count to 15 or 20seconds...
The box should be running when you reset it.
Hope it solves it, good luck!

I have already tried to push it down for more than 10 sec. I know I'm pushing it,  I can hear the clicking noise.
